Rasaq Akorede Olojede is a Nigerian politician and technocrat serving as the Executive Chairman of Oriade Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Lagos State. Sworn into office in July 2025, he is recognised for his people-centred governance, grassroots initiatives, and alignment with Lagos State’s THEMES+ development agenda.

Early life and career

A native of Ibassa/Ijegun Egba in Lagos State, Olojede built his career around public service and local governance. Before becoming chairman, he served as Supervisor of Works (2017–2022) and later as Secretary to the Oriade LCDA.(2022-2025) His technocratic background and focus on accountability have shaped his administrative approach.
